Radiance Med Spa

The problem

Radiance Med Spa had a Squarespace site that looked decent on desktop but fell apart on mobile. Their booking system was a third-party tool bolted on as an iframe — slow to load, visually inconsistent with the rest of the site, and confusing to navigate on a phone.

For a med spa, booking online is the entire business model. If the booking flow is broken on mobile, you're losing a significant proportion of your revenue. Radiance was also struggling with Google visibility — their Squarespace site had no structured SEO, no schema markup, and no location-specific pages.

The goal

A redesigned site with a seamless mobile booking experience, individual treatment pages, and local SEO structure to rank for high-value terms like 'Botox Chandler AZ' and 'laser hair removal Chandler'.

What we built

We built individual pages for each core treatment — Botox, filler, laser hair removal, chemical peels, and microneedling — each structured around a specific search term. Every page follows the same format: what it is, how it works, what to expect, pricing range, and a booking CTA. Google can now understand exactly what Radiance offers and where.

The booking integration was rebuilt using Calendly embedded natively into the site — not an iframe, but a properly styled embed that matches the brand. On mobile, the booking flow is two taps from the homepage. Every treatment page has a 'Book now' button that pre-selects the relevant service type.

We also ran a full audit of Radiance's Google Business Profile and updated every field — services, pricing, photos, hours, and the booking link. Within 30 days of launch, the GBP listing was appearing in the local pack for several target search terms.
