Payment

50% upfront, 50% on delivery.

You pay half before we start, the rest when the finished site has been approved and is ready to go live. We accept bank transfer to our US bank account (via Raenest), Wise, or PayPal. We do not start work without a signed contract and a deposit.

Questions about pricing

Are these prices negotiable?

Our rates reflect the value of the work, not where we're located. We don't negotiate on price — but we're happy to adjust scope to fit your budget.

What if my project is more complex than these packages cover?

Get in touch and we'll quote your project specifically. We're happy to work on larger scopes on a custom basis.

Is there a payment plan?

For projects over $2,000 we can discuss milestone-based payment across 3 stages. For standard packages, we work on 50/50.

How does payment work?

50% upfront, 50% on delivery. You pay half before we start, the rest when the finished site is approved and ready to go live. We accept bank transfer (via Raenest), Wise, or PayPal.

Do you offer refunds?

We have a kill fee structure in our contracts. If you cancel after the design phase is complete, the deposit covers that work and is non-refundable. If we haven't started yet, we'll return the deposit minus a $100 admin fee.
